Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Paleo-friendly
Instructions:
Shredded coconut, raw honey, melted coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a dash of salt should all be combined in a mixing bowl
Until all ingredients are combined, thoroughly mix
Using parchment paper, line a square baking pan
To make an even layer, transfer the coconut mixture to the pan and press it down firmly
Melt the dark chocolate chips in 20-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in between, until smooth
Over the coconut mixture in the pan, pour the melted chocolate and spread it evenly to cover the whole surface
Put the pan in the fridge to solidify the chocolate, which should take at least an hour
Take the bars out of the fridge and cut them into bars or squares once they have set
